Privacy Policy

• What the app stores

  The things you track (their names, colors, and the dates and times you log them) and your settings (font and color scheme) are stored only on your device. The app has no servers and makes no network connections, and the developer can't see your data.

• What the app collects

  Nothing. The app contains no analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or third-party SDKs, and it doesn't track you across apps or websites.

• AI

  When Did I Last doesn't use AI. The app contains no AI or machine-learning features, never sends your data to an AI service, and your data is never used to train AI models.

• Purchases

  The optional Pro upgrade is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. The developer never receives your payment details or Apple ID. The app only asks Apple whether Pro has been purchased on your account. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

• Siri and Shortcuts

  If you use Siri or the Shortcuts app with When Did I Last, your request is handled by Apple's Siri and Shortcuts features under Apple's Privacy Policy. The app itself reads and writes only the data already on your device.

• Export and import

  You can export your data as a file. The export happens only when you ask, and the file goes only where you choose to send or save it. Importing a file replaces your data, and only after you confirm.

• Backups

  Like most apps, the app's data may be included in your device's iCloud or computer backups if you've turned those on. Those backups are managed by Apple and by you, not by the developer.

• Deleting your data

  Delete any item inside the app, or delete the app to remove all of its data from your device.

• Children

  The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

• Changes

  If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

• This website

  This website doesn't collect data either. It uses no cookies, analytics, trackers, or third-party fonts and scripts, and it has no forms. It's hosted on GitHub Pages, and like any web host, GitHub may log basic technical information such as IP addresses for security. See GitHub's Privacy Statement.
